RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our team at SUZY'S KITCHEN want to make sure you are highly satisfied with your purchases. To assist you in the case that you are not happy with your order, we have outlined a procedure for a smooth return or exchange. We will do our best to meet your needs, so please do not hesitate to contact us at suzyskitchenoc@gmail.com if you have any confusions or concerns.
Please read the following regarding types of purchases before proceeding for a refund/exchange request. At the very end will be a procedure to conduct all returns/exchanges.

Defective or damaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions will be made after 30 days.

RETURN ORDERS : If package has not been open and customers would like to issue an exchange or return, the customer will be held liable for all shipping costs to our facility. Once the item has arrived, we will issue a refund or conduct an exchange if conditions meet. The item will then be sent out with complimentary shipping on us.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If damaged on arrival (DOA), we will issue a shipping label for the return. Upon arrival at our facility, we will either conduct a refund or send out an exchange of the same purchased item with the shipping fee covered by us.

If the customer would like to exchange the item for a different size or color, it will be the responsibility of the customer to cover all shipping costs to our facility. Upon arrival of the item, we will conduct the exchange and send a notification once the exchanged item is shipped out.

REFUNDS: In the case of a return, the refund will be issued once the item(s) is received and approved to be not damaged or defective. In the case of an exchange, we will reship the new item(s) free of charge as a complimentary service.

Once an item is worn, washed, or altered, there will not be any exchanges, returns, or refunds conducts as the condition has been affected.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all refunds to appear on your transaction statement. Full refunds will be made for orders before item(s) are shipped. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any orders in which item(s) had been previously shipped to customers. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used at the time of purchasing.

Returns & Exchange Procedure:

  1. Compose a new email addressed to suzyskitchenoc@gmail.com
  2. In the subject box, type Refund/Exchange item | Order Number
  3. In the content box, type in the following information:

    a) Your full name
    b) Order Number (e.g. #ABCD-123456)
    c) Item(s) to be returned/exchanged
    d) Whether this is a return or exchange
    e) Reason for return or exchange
    f) If an exchange, the new desired item(s) including size and color

  4. Once approved for return or exchange, send the product(s) to our office. Our facility address will be enclosed in your returns email. You may use the original shipping box from SUZY's KITCHEN or another blank box. Make sure to remove old shipping labels or stickers to avoid any delays with U.S. Postal services.
  5. Returns: You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
    Exchange: You will be notified via email when we ship the new item(s).
