  1. How long does it take to receive orders?

    All orders are processed at the time of ordering will be fulfilled by the following week. Any edits or adjustments can be made through the user portal after purchasing a meal plan subscription. Due to the subscription based ordering system, all orders will continue forward until paused or cancelled by the customer account. Upon ordering, customer will need to select a date/range time of delivery or pick-up.

  2. Does each meal come one by one?

    The 5-day meal plan will have all meals delivered all at once. Depending on the type of meal plan that is selected, packaging may differ in terms of size. The portions should satisfy a total of 5 days of meals depending on the meal plan selected. Upon ordering, customer will need to select a date/range time of delivery or pick-up.
  1. If meals are opened, tampered with or not able to consume, can I return?

    All food deliveries are final sale and cannot be refunded. If meals are rotten or have been tampered with, please contact us at suzyskitchenoc@gmail.com and we will discuss on further actions
  1. Are the meals prepared in-house or mass-produced at a facility?

    All of our meals are home-cooked and prepared in-house by a well educated and health-conscious chef. The location is ensured to pass all food-inspection protocols and all meals are packaged to ensure freshness. 
  1. Can you order for just one day and do you offer samples?

    Unfortunately, all meal plans are a 5-day duration to enroll. Samples are not offered for a meal plan/delivery, but you can contact us at suzyskitchenoc@gmail.com to schedule an appointment for a tasting if available.
  1. Do you provide bulk meal plan shipping?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping for frozen meal preps. We will provide an option to either pick-up at our location or have a delivery out to your location (within 6 mile radius of our location). The meal deliveries will only be an option within a radius of our location. All meals of each meal plan will be prepared and delivered all together.
  1. How do I place an order?

    You can follow our guide on our HOW TO ORDER page. You'll enroll in a weekly (or 5-day meal) subscription of the meal plan of your choosing. The payments will be charged and processed on the day of order and will be made available on the preferred date of delivery/pick-up.
  1. Do I have to return the dishes or are they disposable?

    All utensils and dishes used for the meal delivery service are disposable or recyclable. There are no needs to return any of utensils and packaging.
